Gaz Equipamentos will make available in its repository video tutorials on assembly, use and preventive and corrective maintenance of all machines.

Even so, assistance will be available from Monday to Friday via WhatsApp for questions that are not covered in the manuals and videos.

All Gaz products are covered by a 12-month hardware warranty and 6-month limited electronics warranty. Warranty terms are listed below:

• Gaz Equipamentos guarantees that the goods received are free from defects for a period of 12 months for mechanical hardware and 6 months for electronics.
• Warranty benefits apply only to the original purchaser and expire if the goods are resold. You must provide proof of purchase and your machine's unique serial number (if applicable) via email before a warranty claim can be filed.
• The buyer has 30 days after delivery to report and request receipt of any missing item. Gaz will ship the missing items to the buyer within 3 business days.
• Gaz Equipamentos has the right to refuse to replace items to any buyer that it suspects is not genuine.
• Buyer is responsible for replacing any missing items after the 30 day period ends.
  

Items that meet the following conditions will be replaced free of charge:

• Items received in defective and unusable condition.
  
• Items that become defective and unusable after use as a result of a defect in manufacturing, design, or materials.

The warranty does not cover the following types of defects:

• Defects caused by improper assembly.
  
• Defects caused by misuse.
  
• Defects caused by inadequate or incorrect routine maintenance.
  
• Defects caused by improper storage of the item or exposure of the item to the elements.
  
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
  
• If a damaged or defective item is covered by warranty, Gaz Equipamentos reserves the right to request that the defective item be returned before providing a replacement. A shipping label will be provided to cover return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for handling and packaging. Gaz Equipamentos will send a replacement item within 3 business days of receipt of the defective item.
